South by Southwest (SXSW) is a set of festivals that take place each year in Austin, TX. Over the past few years, many Rubyists have made it to the event (Twitter's initially popularity storm was brewing at SXSW 2007!) and Ruby / Rails related events have been popular. SXSW have unveiled an "Interactive Panel Picker" for next year's festival and there are 15 Rails related proposals ready to vote for.

Panels include:

Gregg Pollack (of Rails Envy) with OAuth in Every Language

Jason Seifer (also of Rails Envy) with Tech Podcast Lightning Showdown

Mike Subelsky with Scaling Ruby-on-Rails Using Cloud Computing

Joshua Baer with Should I Build My Startup on Ruby and Rails?

Bruce Williams with Ruby and Rails Leaders TakeFive

And, well, ten others. Check them out and get voting.
